I was always an introvert! I had one or two close

I was always an introvert! I had one or two close friends and was very shy about making new friends. I didn’t know how much I needed this community, until I started my online fitness business.

I was so busy raising my boys, I did not have time to actively pursue friends. In the teaching job I had, it could be a negative. Unfortunately at times, it could be a cut throat type environment. So glad I found the supportive, praying community I didn’t even knew I needed.

We are creating a thriving community where women can learn how to take time for self care and fitness without any mom guilt! Is this something you might need too?

I am working on getting healthier and happier each year!

5 years ago, I had a complete pelvic reconstruction and partial hysterectomy. I have slings in me and my entire pelvic wall is rebuilt with collagen. Most people would not have had all that done at one time, my surgeon thought I could handle it.

I came home with a catheter, could hardly walk for 5 days & couldn’t drive for 12 weeks. It was a serious surgery. When I started exercising, it was not pretty.

The doctor said I had less internal fat than most patients. He credited my superfoods shake for my fast healing/quick recovery.

I could have given up and said that I’d never get my strength back to coach again.

I had another setback, 2 years ago, with my hypothyroidism diagnosis. I had major gut issues and was very weak, due to being undiagnosed as hypothyroid for so long.

I could have given up, but no I educated myself, sought advice, ditched gluten and dairy. I was determined to heal my gut and get stronger.

A couple of months ago, I broke my toe, then got an ingrown toenail that got infected and toenail removal followed that. I’m recovering from that now.

Today, I’m doing most all the physical things. My healthy lifestyle has been critical to overcoming those scenarios. I saw them all as only setbacks.

I can’t begin to tell you how many people back out on me, when they tell me they are going to join my groups. Whether it’s because their scared, nervous or just not ready, I’ve heard it all.

BUTTT every time I come across this situation, I always remind people, what if you started today? What if TODAY was YOUR Day 1.

What if in just 3 weeks your mindset completely changes? Think about how much progress you could be making RIGHT NOW. Not next month or next week, NOW!

That’s the #1 regret people have, WHY DIDN’T I START SOONER?!?!?!

In life you will have setbacks- it’s how soon you get back on track. I’m the queen of getting back in the saddle, back on the bus or back on track!

I don’t let setbacks derail me now!

Do you ever dance like no one is watching?

Want to have fun, every morning, at home? Well I am no dancer, but this program has been the most fun of any program I have ever done.

I love that it has a modifier because my toe is injured right now. I love that it burns mega calories and its got the sacle moving down for myself and the girls in my virtual group doing this program with me- I was not expecting that because it does not have a bunch of jumping- its low impact.

I am in Week 3! I will finish next week and probably do it again. Its only 30 days and everyday the workouts are so different. I look forward to my workouts everyday with this program. I can not say that for all the programs I have done previously.

Do you tell yourself you can’t do things such as get up early to work out for 30 mins?

Do you tell yourself you could never stick to a plan?

Do you start a new diet every Monday?

Do you avoid the scale except at the doctors office and then dread what it says?

Do you think of exercise as punishment for eating all the calories?

Do you count every calorie you eat?

STOP, that keeps you stuck and is not fun!

It’s about lifestyle change through a mindset of gratitude for our bodies and refusing to abuse our bodies in pursuit of a certain size. I’m looking to expand my team with go getters who work hard, but are looking for more flexibility in their schedules and fulfillment in what they do. Teachers, lawyers, nurses, occupational therapists, interior decorators, dentists, accountants, fitness instructors and stay at home moms make great coaches because they are used to helping others! This is a helping business.

Gotta love my baseball moms tribe! One of the moms in my baseball moms group sent this to me, as I’m not always on all the social media sites.

Hope their predictions are right! So grateful for my baseball mom tribe that always keeps me in the loop.
Do you have a tribe of moms that support you? A lot of my baseball mom tribe are also part of my fit moms tribe on my coaching team.

So blessed to have an online coaching business that allows me to travel and follow my baseball player around the country! Can’t wait to see him in the Rubber Ducks uniform!
